| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 6, 2005 Bottle opened with a loud Psst sound. Poured a light and cloudy yellow color with a huge, huge white head. Aromas of lemons, yeast, light cloves and light bananas. Tastes of bananas, lemons, wheat, yeast, and light spices. Nice body and not as over carbonated as the opening and huge head would have lead me to expect. Pailhead (2583), Allen Park, Michigan, USA
