| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 13, 2005 Bottle. Clouded gold. Enormous, fluffy white head. Nose is wheat and yeast with light citrus, faint spice, mild banana notes, and light bubblegum. Taste is much the same. Wheat, light yeast notes, light spice, bananas galore, light citrus and bubblegum. Body is light and refreshing, which is typical for the style but this is also thirst quenching, which may or may not follow, depending on the quality. Could be that it’s over 100ºF today, but it’s still quenching. Finish with a bit more bitter with wheat, yeast, bananas, sweet malts, and bubblegum. Dry citrusy notes at times and mixed spiciness. Not bad! jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

Very cloudy and orange but the head is unimpressive after the waitress went to the trouble of turning the bottle upside down over the glass. A good wheat, but I am surprised to see it in the hefeweizen style.
