Aroma of grass, banana, clove, touch of acidity. Taste is somewhat bland, with touches of banana and spiciness with a hint of lemon and a dry finish. NIce body with somewhat heavy carbonation. Not a bad attempt. SSSteve (2108), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 7, 2006 Not a big fan of the Weizen’s but this wasn’t too bad. Bright golden cloudy appearance lead to distinictive lemon on the palate. Sharp citrus that isn’t expected from an American brewer. Nice suprise. Better are available, but this isn’t a head shaker. puzzl (2661), New York, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 3, 2006 A very solid hefe. I was expecting a sh*tty american wheat from the pour but this is anything but. The bubblegum and cloves are strong in the aroma, very fresh and light. The afforementioned pour is clear golden, filtered, and very pale, with a soft white head. Flavor is sharp and tangy, wheaty. Very clean. ryan (1781), Beltsville, Maryland, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 1/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 25, 2006 Pours a clear, filtered straw with a big fluffy white head. Aroma is banana, cloves and bread, some floral hops. The flavor is bready, mildly sweet, banana and light spice, maybe a touch of bubblegum. The mouthfeel is soft and light. Why is this filtered? This could have been amazing. Get your act together Victory. Veeve (312), Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA
