COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s a lively jazz rhythm, a vigorous sway, a change of view or even a roll in the proverbial hay. Now it also means the welcome jolt of joy you’ll experience upon your first sip of this session saison. Bracing, but benign, this Belgian style ale enlivens any experience with a spicy, aromatic start, citrus snap and fresh finish. Swing into spring with taste!

Had this one poured out of the bottle. Light spicy notes in the aroma and a head that dissipates quickly. The flavor is mild compared to most saisons, but that combined with the moderate ABV definitely allows for it to live up to its name as a session beer. Extremely refreshing and easy to drink. I believe that accomplished what they were trying to do with this beer.

On tap at Global Brew. This is just what the name implies: a sessionable Begian Saison. Pours a bright yellow with a thin but retentive white head. Fruit and spice aroma. Taste is everything you like in a Belgian ale but w/o the sometimes cloying sweetness and higher ABV. This exhibits sweet pale malt, a fresh fruitiness, some grassiness and a bit of pepper, coriander and other spices. Clean and crisp; goes down easy. Good effort.

This beer does not have the usual saison beer. Light gold in color with a fizzy palate and a slightly bitter long finish. Not as rich in sweet notes as most saisons I’ve had.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours clear yellowish-gold with a white head. Taste lemon, peppery, crisp. I thought this was good. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sweetness decreases and spice, hop and sour character increases with strength. Herb and spice additions often reflect the indigenous varieties available at the brewery. High carbonation and extreme attenuation (85-95%) helps bring out the many flavors and to increase the perception of a dry finish. All of these beers share somewhat higher levels of acidity than other Belgian styles while the optional sour flavor is often a variable house character of a particular brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a bottle it is a clear golden color highly effervescent with a slight head. The aroma is of wheat and the taste is very peppery and has a strong bitter aftertaste

From a 12 oz bottle shared in Avon NC. Pours a clear pale gold with a thin off white head. Aroma of bubblegum and banana. Flavors of cardamom and clove. Crisp, clean finish.

Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Lots of pepper on the nose, grassy and musty, light fruity esters, peach mango and citrus. A nice floral note on the taste up front, then lots of spice and wet grass, pears and peaches, and a nice hint of hops on the end. Great beer to sip on the porch on a nice spring day.

2/27/14. Bottle. Pours with a nice frothy head and fragrant spicy nose. Thinner somewhat astringent mouth typical of sessions. Uses the spice to keep the flavor up without overdoing the hops ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
