Bottle. Pours a pale hazy yellow. Huge crater-like white head on this leaves a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is floral, lemon, straw. Taste is light bodied; slightly sweet with strong notes of lemon and pepper spice. Very crisp, lemony finish. Refreshing as hell on a hot summer day!

Light pale gold color with large fluffy white head and great lacing. Aroma is nice with strong grassy, floral and bubblegum notes. Flavor is a bit weak but nice earthyness, spices, and slight bitter hops. Okay overall, but good for the price as so few saisons come in 6-packs.

This beer is a hazy pale golden color with a medium fizzy white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Malt, fruit and floral hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, bready malt and fruit. The finish is mildly spiced with a short zesty lemon aftertaste. Decent overall.

Golden color. Opens sweet and finishes dry. Aggressively hopped which ends up hiding a bit of the Belgian yeast. Still, really cool beer right here. Very tasty.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 8/13/2013. Pours moderately hazy golden straw color with a 2-3 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon zest, orange zest, pear, coriander, clove, pepper, ginger, wheat, bread, floral, grass, herbal, and yeast earthiness. very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of yeast ester, spice, and moderate malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon zest, orange zest, pear, coriander, clove, pepper, ginger, wheat, bread, floral, grass, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of lemon, pear, coriander, clove, pepper, cracker, bread, floral, grass, and herbal on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spice, and moderate malt flavors; with great flavor robustness and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a smooth and crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice session saison style. Nice complexity, balance, and robustness of yeast, spice, and moderate malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

yeast pine and citrus in the not overpowering aroma, maybe a bit of spice and apple too..pale yellow cloudy appearance with a seafoamy white head, plenty of lacing..taste..like a lemon menthol cough drop I don’t mean that in a bad way with just a touch of sweetness to balance..light dry and tingly..overall it is what it claims to be a refreshing spring/summer type Belgian saison that’s easily drinkable
