3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear light golden yellow with ample bright white head. Smells fantastic sagey lemon pepper. Flavor is not quite as good, but has a spicy bite and a green citrus hop character. Good moderately high carbonation. Smells better than it tastes though.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle:   Hazy straw, some sediment floats about, thin sudsy white head, little lacing.   Spicy nose, a little floral, also seems to have a bit of urinal cake like aromatics.   Peppery start, bright orange peel, with bright mountain shrubiness.   Backside has a little bit of that artificial or fragrant soapiness that makes me think of what I whiff while standing at a urinal.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Wheaty finish, fake spiciness, lingering pepper.   Not great, not terribly bad either.   Overall a bit too artificial.   Needs more floral aspects that don’t appear to be like soap.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Heritage Liquors in Maplewood, Minnesota. Pours a clear golden straw colored brew with an average sized but fast dissipating off-white head. Aroma of saison wheat, coriander, some clove, golden grain malt and a touch of Ivory soap. Taste is light to medium bodied, average carbonation with flavors of coriander, lemon zest, golden grain malt, and a hint of wintergreen. Finish has a sharp bitterness followed by some spice potpourri aftertastes.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled. Poured clear, bright golden with a sticky white head. The aroma picked up bright spices (grains of paradise and a little coriander maybe?) ofer soft bready malts.. almost a little green garlic toward the back of the nose.. kinda weird. The flavor found tangy spices similar to the nose, plus grapefruit zest throughout.. light bready support again.. finished spicy and tangy. Light-bodied and over-spiced on the palate.. too much competing for attention.. fairly refreshing overall, but not that enjoyable.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home in Salisbury - picked up at Whole Foods in Portland, ME. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a fine, creamy white head. The nose has lightly tangy lemon notes, some straw, drying out dough. Light sweet flavor, more lemony fruits, some lemon rind and hay bitterness, a bit of dry dough sweetness. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Clean to finish, some doughy sugars, decent bitter lemon rind, straw. Very crisp, drinkable saison.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Huge spicy perfumey lemon basil nose. Gold color with nice lace. Light bready malt. More lemon and spices. Soft mouthfeel. Basil finish. Lemon rind bitterness. Tastes good but a little fake.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Strong, spicy, funky aroma with notes of hay and barnyard. Crystal clear pale yellow with a finely laced and foamy white head. The spicy aroma comes into vivid detail in the taste with white pepper, coriander and lavendar tastes along side a lemony citrus flavor. The barnyard Brett funkiness shows up too, subtly at first and then growing stronger. Finishes dry and very lightly sweet with a lasting Brett funk. Wow, this is not what I was expecting! Very surprising and tasty!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Hazy yellow with a big, puffy white head. Major carbonation.
Aroma is orange and lemon. Belgian witbier funk/sweetness, with just a hint of that sour Saison stuff. Perfumey as hell. Also has an actual malt backbone. Grassy and yet with a touch of bready caramel malts. I’m really REALLY impressed with the scent.
Taste is more of a Belgian golden ale, with more of a barley malt than a wheat malt. The taste is a little flatter than the aroma would suggest but still pleasant enough. Doesn’t have the "punch" to it that the aroma has.
Very bubbly and fizzy on the palate; prickly. This is a very summery citrus flavor, light enough for a hot day but not bereft of flavors.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. The pour is a slightly hazy pale yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Silky & soft. Vibrant herbal aroma of German Thyme, Rosemary, and maybe Savory along with a lemon citrus note. The body is smooth and medium. The taste has a good pale malt quality to it along with those full flavored herbs, citrus, and yeasty bread. An all around fascinating beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pour is a cloudy gold with a medium head and intriguing aromas of orange and lemon zest, white pepper and a little hay. Flavor is similar but clean and refreshing. It has quite a bit if zingy citrus to it which makes it pretty interesting and just enough spice to give it a little bite. I liked this beer quite a bit, especially considering the low abv.
