Pours a slightly cloudy light yellow with a foamy white head. Lemon, spice, yeast aroma. Good carbonation, fizzy mouthfeel with a very slightly bitter lemon peel finish. Light, citrusy, refreshing body. Yeast takes a back seat to the fruit making it quite light and refreshing.

On tap @ Prohibition Pig (Waterbury). Clear golden with a medium white head and intense lacing. Aroma of banana, malt, Saison yeast, spices and light citrus. Taste is moderately sweet with spices, light citrus, malt, light banana and Saison yeast. Medium body. Quite dry. Moderate carbonation. Very good Saison. Sessionable.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy light gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is fresh, but light earthy citrus. Med minus body. Flavor is lightly earthy and the flavor is something green. Had me thinking of very light bay leaf. Finishes clean, dry and a tad earthy.

Bottle. Hazey light yellow color....lots of fluffy white head. Citrus and floral nose. Tastes were bitter lemon/lime combined with dry spicey finish. Very light, refreshing, low alcohol...citrus taste was natural. unsure of spice.

full bottle poured into glass and the body is light and lemon soda like at first. after some few minutes the flavors arrive banana, light coriander and clove with some sweetness, and the body mellows and wheatens. some malt and a soul of flavor as the brew layers. quite a morphing brew.
