3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at Sunswick. Poured a thin clear yellow. Nose has some spice hint of hops. Light spice notes in an easy drinker that has a hint of hops. Pretty pleasant.

Draft at Union Transfer. Pours a cloudy yellow with white head. Notes of lemon peel, orange, pepper, yeast funk. Very flavorful for a session, lots of spice and citrus. Solid bitterness in the finish.

12oz bottle. Gold color. Aroma of hot dog flavored water & citrus. Thin body. Flavors of spice, and herbs (hotdogs), light citrus, and fizzy grain. Very fizzy carbonation. Saisons are not my favorite style.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
This has been my go-to beer as of late. Sessionable is the key although it does start to get a bit estery after a few.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. A foamy curtain of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, citrus zest, yeast, and spice aromas. Taste is much the same with strong citrus zest and spice flavors on the finish. There is a high amount of spice bitterness that lingers on the palate after each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable but the smell is much better than the taste in my opinion.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy yellow with a thins white head. Aromas of yeast and spice. Flavor is spicy with some of the Belgian yeast slightly coming through and some citrus but nothing really dominating the other. Overall not bad but nothing to write home about.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A very light but lively saison, ideal for sipping on a hot porch or at a ballgame. Crisp, beautiful citrus notes with a balance of aromatic aromas. Loved this one, very lively C02 and beautiful pale yellow pour. Swell.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Yoav. Hazy yellow to pale golden. Aroma of sage, a hint of za’atar, more spices and a bit of yeasty fruitiness. Fruity and yeasty flavor with spices, sage, and a dry finish. Medium-bodied.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This is a very light saison with a touch of pepper and citrus. Just a hint of belgian yeast, but this is more like a classic summer ale with a touch of belgian.

Bottle, as pictured. I really enjoyed this...a lot. Very sweet with nice pepper fizziness. Light and orange/lemon citrus feel to it. Perhaps relies a little too heavy on the spices but I liked it.
