UPDATED: AUG 2, 2013 Bottle into pint glass. Slightly cloudy golden color with white head. Aroma of spices (coriander and pepper stick out), some citrus fruitiness, bread, with some floral notes. Taste brings out more of the spices, citrus and pepper notes with a body thatís fairly yeasty and malty. Slight earthy hop note at the end. Medium body, average carbonation, complex, smooth and easy to drink. Dry and somewhat peppery finish. Pretty good, Iím pairing this with my Italian dinner coming up.

Pours a slightly cloudy, pale golden yellow color with a two finger frothy white head that has pretty good retention, only slowly fading into a thick, lasting ring. Large streaks of soapy lacing left behind. The aroma reminds me more of a wheat beer. There is some subtle grassy barnyard character but the dominant notes are peppery spice, bready yeast, banana and citrus. Only slightly earthy with pepper, clove and coriander followed by a strong wheat/bread like presence, lemon juice and citrus zest. Fuller bodied than expected and a bit more like a saison than the nose suggests but it still feels and tastes more like a witbier/American wheat beer. Subtle earthy funky with lots of zesty spice up front followed by bread/yeast, banana and citrus juice. Coriander and clove flavor with lemon zest, wheat, light fruit and lemon peel. Crisp, light, refreshing and easy to drink but I donít think anyone would say that this is a saison in a blind tasting. Not bad but reminds me of a mediocre American wheat beer.

Bottle... Pours hazy and yellow with huge, rocky, white head and lots of white and brown floaties tooling about my glass. The head never fully dissipates. Bright, fruity, spicy nose, offering coriander, white pepper, and a medley of citrus peels - mainly orange, key lime and ruby red grapefruit. Medium to full-bodied with jazzy carbonation. The flavor is perfectly balanced and easy drinking. Thereís a bright citric component, negligible spiciness and a hint of acidity. Yeasty, lightly bitter finish. Bottle courtesy of drowland!

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Has a strong Malt & herb aroma with some grass and coriander thrown in. I like the smell. Appearance- The beer is a murky amber color with a large white head. Looks great Taste- Has a nice floral and malt flavor with some bitterness. Palate- A light bodied brew with moderate carbonation. I really enjoyed this beer, if I can find it again I will buy it.

Bottle. Pale golden with billowing white head. I found the aroma offensive at first, like lemon scented cleaning products. Itís growing on me though, lemon and lime, sherbet, bret. Taste is a bit effed up too, lemon, citrus, plastic. Slightly tart and dry.

Bottle. Moderate to heavy straw for the malt, flowers, herbs and lemon, moderate barnyard for the yeast, with notes of coriander, melon and damp wood. Head is large, frothy turning rocky, white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is slightly hazy yet sparkling light amber. Flavor starts lightly to moderately acidic, then finishes lightly to moderately acidic and lightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation. Nice depth in aroma, but this Saison is a little flat in flavor.

Pours hazy yellow with a white head and sticky lacing.I?m not a fan of spiced beers, with that being said I?ll try to review honestly. Spiced beer tends to have an eastern, incense type of flavor and aroma. This isn?t much different. Metallic notes with a piney background. Floral sweetness, mouth feel has some body to it and it finishes quite smoothly. I normally wouldn?t finish a spiced beer but Victory?s well executed brewing process is evident here so I gladly finished Swing with no problem. $9.99/multi sixer at Publix Boca Raton
