12 oz. bottle. Pale golden pour with mild haziness. Medium, quickly fading head with decent lacing. Aroma is phenolic with lots of belgian yeast, bubble gum, and spice notes. Flavor is light, crisp, with a nice lingering belgian twang. Spice and citrus clean up the finish. Light bodied with zippy carbonation. This is quite nice.

On tap @ Prohibition Pig (Waterbury). Clear golden with a medium white head and intense lacing. Aroma of banana, malt, Saison yeast, spices and light citrus. Taste is moderately sweet with spices, light citrus, malt, light banana and Saison yeast. Medium body. Quite dry. Moderate carbonation. Very good Saison. Sessionable.

bottle. Golden with one finger head. Light bodied saison with mild flavor and very little funk. Still, this is a very nice refreshing beer.

transparent gold, thin white bubbled head with decent lacing. Esters out of control after three pilsners, pepper, ginger, and lemongrass. Light dough adds balance. Peppery lemongrass flavor up front followed by dough and heavy citrus, finishing with bubblegum and crust hints. High carbonation accents esters, but overall pleasant.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - bright golden with a nice head. Nose - lemon and a green pungent herb thing. Also a touch of fresh sweat. Cactus/aloe Vera. Maybe bay leaves. Taste - medicinal lemon balm. More fresh sweat and some tomato stalks. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - opposite of synergy. The overall package didnít live up to the beautiful complex aroma.

On tap at Sharp Edge Beer Emporium. Pours a clear light orange with a thick white head. Aroma of juniper berries, sage, flowers, floral hops, Belgian yeast. Flavor of light spices, lemon, yeast, earthy hops, flowers. A bit odd tasting, spice wise, and itís not terribly exciting flavor-wise. Itís alright. 6/4/6/4/13 (3.3/5)

12 oz bottle. Clear gold with a brief white head leaving sheets of lace. Nose is dough, light lemon and banana; simple but nice. Crisp then fluffy finishing with a buzz. Taste is lemon cookie, grass, ginger and radish. A touch of peppery heat lingers. I could do a sixer if i was in the right mood.

Pour is a cloudy blonde with a average white head. Aroma is spicy and peppery with some lemon zest. Flavor is again spicy, peppery with notes of Belgain yeast and green hops. Iím digging the idea of a session saison. The only reason I did not give it a higher rateing is b/c all the things you are looking for in a saison are there just kinda muted.

Pours a clear pale yellow with a thick white head...nice lacing and retention. Aroma has lots of lemon and some light herbal notes...a bit like thyme...touch of clove. Flavor has lots of grassy/spicy bitterness...still lemon and significant herbal notes. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is dry and herbal/bitter.
