1.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
12oz Bottle, purchased at Wakefield Liquors - Wakefield, RI. For starters, I let myself get hosed for $1.99 to try something that I would hope was anything like a Dupont Avril. For a session Saison, this is a pretty lackluster Belgian Wit. WTF Victory? This is terrible. Orange, coriander, gross soap bomb, with almost no body. Officially done with Victory.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours straw yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, spice, and citrus. Pepper, yeast, and citrus flavor. Very nice. Clean dry finish.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle: Thanks, Jeff. Pours nuclear, piss-like yellow with a mild haze about it; gray-tinted, mostly white head quickly fades to a soapy looking collar. Aroma has notes of lemongrass, clove gum, faint citrus, & a hint of funky must. Fresh, bright, albeit a little mild. Taste has lots of dry cotton funk up front, followed by vague citrus notes, lots of yeast, mild white pepper, & a touch of bittering hops that bite in the finish. Crisp, clean finish. Nothing too special here, but decent for something you can easily slam.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle - Pours clear golden with a thin ring of off-white head. Nose is white pepper, coriander, and dry, lightly fruity malt. Mineral as well, but real spicy. Taste is really spicy with lemon peel, but has a weird plastic note as well. A touch of nuttiness (!) and a perfumy, spicy finish. Not my bag at all. When I want to session something, it sure as hell shouldn’t be spicy. Thin, with biting carbonation. Just not my thing.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Pours a pale hazy yellow. Huge white head on this leaves a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is floral, lemon, straw. Taste is light bodied, slightly sweet with strong notes of lemon and pepper spice. Very crisp, lemony finish. Would be nice in the summer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
The body is transparent and pale straw with a little over an inch of fluffy white head. the aroma brings hops, funk, farm, sunshine, lemons, lemon rind, grass, a touch of spice. Nice floral notes and hops. Light and refreshing. I’m really digging the light body and low alcohol. A thirst quencher of a beer, and packed with flavor. I’ll have no trouble with this sixer and definitely see this as a repeat purchase for hot weather beer consumption, i.e. lawnmowing beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave light lacing. Aroma of spice, wheat, and a slight funk. Taste follows, slight bitter finish, clean and slightly tart. Good saison, but nothing that exciting.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. bottle. Pours a thick, well retained, fluffy white head, with some lacing, over a very slightly hazy yellow (SRM 3) body....nose is cereal, light lemon, hints of allspice.....taste is light lemon, allspice, leading to a dry, moderately bitter, slightly peppery finish....mouth feel light of medium, carbonation adds light acid tingle. This falls well within this very broad style. It is low in ABV, and is a bit too hazy, but has a nice clean, refreshing finish. Complexity in aroma is low, but the flavors are well on. 3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I don’t think this is much of a saison but a nice drinkable beer if warm weather ever returns. Pours a pale yellow with a lacing head. The aroma has a lot of piney hops. The flavor as well with a nice sweet balance. Thin as to be expected. I could see myself pounding down a few of these after mowing the lawn.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Reviewed from notes.
The appearance has a hazy pale golden yellow body with a two finger white foamy head that sticks around for most of the beer, some light sticky lacing is left in rings.
The smell has a citrus/lemon coming through with some light pepper and a bit of mint shows up after a bit of warming.
The taste has all of those previously mentioned flavors coming through in an earthy flavorful way, earthy aftertaste and finish.
The palate is light to medium, sessionable, adequately carbonated for the style and for me leading to a nice smoothness all around.
Overall, I say this is good for the style and very good to me.
