Spices overwhelm grain taste---but were tasty. Very clear for a saison. Average head and body. Lots of flavor for a session brew!

Draft at Union Transfer. Pours a cloudy yellow with white head. Notes of lemon peel, orange, pepper, yeast funk. Very flavorful for a session, lots of spice and citrus. Solid bitterness in the finish.

12 oz bottle. Pours a bright yellow with two-finger foamy white head that retains some lace. Good looking beer. Yeasty bread like aroma with secondary spices. A little bit of farmhouse funk in the flavor. Some citrus, mostly lemon. Very yeasty. Light bodied and fizzy palate. No real aftertaste. Refreshing. Picked up a six for $8.00 at The Beer Store. Went back for, alas, it was gone.

Pours a semi clear light golden yellow with a small head. Nose is grass and wild outdoor spices. Taste is lemony, yeasty and full of spice. Obviously, very drinkable, but it is a session beer. Different but one time only. Finish is spicy as well, with lingering citrus. Quaff Score 6 / 10

Best before July 27, 2013.
Appearance: A tall and fluffy white head is perched on a slightly cloudy pale golden body. The head has excellent retention and is as dense as cream. Spotty lacing is left on the glass as it dissipates.
Aroma: The aroma is bright with lemon, straw, light spices and leather. This smells great, it reminds me of Spring.
Taste: This follows the aroma nicely with a bright lemon flavor that provides a slight tartness with some leather overlying the lemon that finishes dry. The lemon lingers on the tongue for a bit a touch tart and dry with a slight lingering spice. This is a bit reminiscent of sucking on a lemon.
Palate: Medium bodied with a creamy full texture, soft carbonation.
Overall: This is an outstanding session beer. There is no sacrifice in taste. If this were $7 for a 6 pack this would be all I would drink until its gone for the season. This is still priced nicely at $9 for a 6 pack, I just wish it came out a few months later.

Aroma of spice, yeast, citrus, and hay. Pours a slightly hazy light yellow with a mostly lasting white hed and abundant lacing. The taste, chiefly, has a light bitterness to it. Flavors of coriander, citrus, with peppery notes and a hint of earthy barnyard in the dry finish. There is a bitter hoppy aftertaste. Medium-light body with crisp carbonation. Overall, a nice Saison. Should go well with any number of dishes.

12oz bottle poured golden yellow with just a touch of haze. White head that leaves a nice lacing on the glass. The aroma was of some undetermined spice notes and citrus. The aromas were light in nature. The flavor is a light to medium evervescent blend of those spice mixes and citrus possibly lemon with some yeasty funk but its not overpowering. Overall a pretty good flavor and this is one you could easily drink a few. There is a lot of carbonation with this beer as well.

Draft at two stones.... Pours a cloudy bright yellow, slight orange tint. Decent little head. Nice nose of spices, earthy, flowers, camomile and some hops. Taste is the sames, spices, flowers, grains, floral notes, camomile, little citrus lime taste..... slight hoppiness in the after taste to balance it. Body is light, fluffy and really easy to drink. Decent stuff....
