Pours a beautiful hazed lemon yellow with about a fingers worth of white foam that fell quickly. Nose is funky with Belgian yeast and has some bright sweet lemon peel. There’s a tiny bit of spice on the nose too. Taste is simple and graceful. Bright lemon, a bit tart, on a sweet light dry cracker. Sparkling carbonation and a touch of pepper as it finishes. This beer is everything a saison should be. Has a very pleasant hop herbal on the nose and a bit of spice in the drink. As you drink you will find a delightful tartness to offer just a slight bit of pucker. Has plenty of juicy lemon on the palate and a crisp off dry finish.

Draft at 2SP..yellowish color..lemon aroma..some citrus also present..quite easy drinking..but this just lacked tht it factor that left a solid impression..was crisp and ok but just seems to be missing that typical saison profile.not getting much of the usual tastes and aromas..ok.not really much else to say..

A very light but lively saison, ideal for sipping on a hot porch or at a ballgame. Crisp, beautiful citrus notes with a balance of aromatic aromas. Loved this one, very lively C02 and beautiful pale yellow pour. Swell.

Poured from a bottle, yellow, good carbonation and good white head. Aroma of lemons, citrus, yeast, maybe grapefruit. Taste has a bite to it, not smooth. Not that good. I wouldn't drink it again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Jabic (385) - Brigantine, New Jersey, USA - JUN 23, 2013
Ar: Savory, salty nose, a bit brothy - some perfume and tart citrus. Ap: Hazy straw gold - small white head with moderate retention, leaves a film of foam. T: Faint malt, pear, and peach - citrus rind and savory broth - medium-high bitterness, with some clean, tart citrus and herbal hops. P: Light body, very high carbonation - finish is very dry. O: Very nice mouthfeel and carbonation, and some nice flavors - the brothy quality throws it a bit off-balance, and some more fruitiness would be welcome.

Pours a hazy yellow with a thins white head. Aromas of yeast and spice. Flavor is spicy with some of the Belgian yeast slightly coming through and some citrus but nothing really dominating the other. Overall not bad but nothing to write home about.

Has a golden yellow color with a very healthy white foam. Smell is lemon, but the taste is a little weak. There’s a hint of lemon and some light spices in the finish. Has a nice carbonated feel, but overall is just okay.

yeast pine and citrus in the not overpowering aroma, maybe a bit of spice and apple too..pale yellow cloudy appearance with a seafoamy white head, plenty of lacing..taste..like a lemon menthol cough drop I don’t mean that in a bad way with just a touch of sweetness to balance..light dry and tingly..overall it is what it claims to be a refreshing spring/summer type Belgian saison that’s easily drinkable

Bottle into a ale glass. Pour is a yellow Orange with a thick head. Aroma is thick and sweet of malt. Taste is a bitter almost prefect spice. Finish is a rounded balanced bitter. A very good ale.
