COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s a lively jazz rhythm, a vigorous sway, a change of view or even a roll in the proverbial hay. Now it also means the welcome jolt of joy you’ll experience upon your first sip of this session saison. Bracing, but benign, this Belgian style ale enlivens any experience with a spicy, aromatic start, citrus snap and fresh finish. Swing into spring with taste!

Yellow almost-clear pour some white head. Citrus grassy hop aromas, lemons yeast. Perfume flavors on the tongue, some funk, acidity fades to banana yeast then to very strong bitterness. Dry clean palate and mid body. A bit of a departure from the style definitely american. I wouldn’t session this as it is a bit too harshly citric and bitter.

Bottle. Golden color with small head. Nice, spicy aroma. Belgium spicy yeast, coriander, clove, light citrus fruit. Higher carbonation. Lemon notes in taste. Light bodied. Light hoppy finish. Refreshing and satisfying.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with a large, quickly dissipating white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is orange and lemon zest, coriander and other spices, some earthy yeast. Flavor is all that -- stro gly spiced but balanced well with some moderate bitterness, wheat and mild maltiness. Light to medium body. Quite good.

Hazy gold with parades of bubbles streaming from the bottom to w lasting offwhite head; aroma is hoppy with earthy yeasty sweet notes; Flava is so rich and complex blend of lemony tartness, dry graininess, herbal spiciness; feels light crisp and fizzy; finishes dry hoppy bitters hints of lemon zest

UPDATED: OCT 6, 2013 Bottle. Pours a light yellow straw color, slightly cloudy. Fluffy white head with lace. Melon, slight spice, and orange. Medium mouthfeel. Meh. Orange rind bitterness and some spice. It’s ok but not great.

Six pack enjoyed with Chipalsa. Nose is light lemon, some spice, yeast, grass. Flavor is dry, with lemongrass, light citrus, a touch of spicy yeast, and some light bread. Good on a saturday night chillin.

Bottle, as pictured. I really enjoyed this...a lot. Very sweet with nice pepper fizziness. Light and orange/lemon citrus feel to it. Perhaps relies a little too heavy on the spices but I liked it.

Pours a hazy straw golden with a fair eggshell head that settles slowly and leaves some soapy, clingy lace. Nose involves zesty spice, peppery, light lemony citrus notes, some sourdough, and some floral stuff. Lightly sweet, decently bitter, not tart. Lighter bodied, fluffy, active, lightly oily, with a drying toasted doughy finish. Nice brew, enjoyable.
