3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Rated on 02-28-2013 at Victory B.C. This draft beer has a small white head that is mostly lasting, golden transparent body, fast rising carbonation, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is citrus hops, spicy and malt. The flavor mimics the aroma. This beer’s mouthfeel is light carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. A quaffable beer that is worth trying.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A palatable, easy going pilsener without as much character as some of the better Bohemian varieties. Pours golden with ok head and lacing. Light crisp, bitter finish. Tap at Smoke and Barrel.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap. Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small wispy white head. The nose is fairly light on the hops over a dry bready malt base. The flavor is really clean, as expected, with nice dry bready maltiness and fairly light bitterness. Mouthfeel is light bodied and soft with fizzy carbonation. Another beautiful Pilsner from Victory.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at Proof. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Pale malt aroma with lots of earthy, spicy, floral hop character. Flavor is the same with a more rounded body and a spicy hop bitterness at the end. Good stuff.
