fredandboboflo (471), East Setauket, New York, USA Jul 26, 2008 Tap at Blind Tiger. Aroma of corn, sweet pale malt. Flavor quite corny, grainy, but nothing offensive, quite refreshing in fact. For something modeled after shit, quite good. puzzl (1729), New York, New York, USA Jul 20, 2008 Tap at Blind Tiger. Big fluffy head atop a mid gold body on a sweating glass. Cereal grains aroma, clean, adjuncty, but well made flavor. Rice and grain. Easy drinking. LilBeerDoctor (475), East Setauket, New York, USA Jul 10, 2008 On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light and crisp with some light fruits. Flavor of corn sweetness. Light, crisp, refreshing. There’s not much going on here, but this is a decent pale lager and quite drinkable and refreshing. jehoey (705), Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 23, 2008 This is an awesome beer, I would drink it all summer if it were avaliable. aroma is nicely balanced with some hops poking out, and some bready malt. flavor is dry, slightly hoppy, and very crisp and refreshing. if only all pale lagers were like this! reminicent of stegmaier gold medal accept with more hops. lean mouthfeel, easy drinking, tasty and refreshing. just a little less bitter than a bitburger. Vastly underated. thenick (541), North Bellmore, New York, USA Mar 15, 2008 Tap....you must be kidding me. Pours a pale golden color with decent carbonation. Smell is Saaz hops as if this were a pilsner...Taste is grainy with a slight hint of corn and absolutely nothing behind it. It seems like they were deliberately trying to make something that would evoke the crappy macrobrewed pale lagers, and they succeeded.
