Feb 28, 2005 Hand pump at Victory. Poured a medium golden color with a small off white head. Fruity aroma. Light hops with malts in the taste. Caramel. Light bitter finish.

Apr 19, 2004 This is a very well baolanced beer. Good fruity and malty aroma. Great malt taste with some fruit and hops at the finish. Superb.

Aug 21, 2007 Cask @ Victory. Poured a fairly hazy copper color with a good sized almost creamy off-white head. The aroma was grainy with some hops mixed in. The flavor started out worty. There was an earthy and citrus hop finish with a light bitterness. Very light bodied and semi-dry. Dull mouthfeel with zero CO2 even for a cask.

Sep 22, 2007 Tap at Blind Tiger. Deep amber/ruby beer with a creamy white head. A bit of spicy/herbal hop flavour. Light buttery aroma. Bitterness is a bit catty but with a nice minerally component as well. Watery palate. Light earthiness. Meh... doesn’t really work for me.
