hopdog (4201), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Feb 28, 2005 Hand pump at Victory. Poured a medium golden color with a small off white head. Fruity aroma. Light hops with malts in the taste. Caramel. Light bitter finish. DocLock (3939), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 19, 2004 This is a very well baolanced beer. Good fruity and malty aroma. Great malt taste with some fruit and hops at the finish. Superb. goldtwins (3560), Nesconset, New York, USA Aug 21, 2007 Cask @ Victory. Poured a fairly hazy copper color with a good sized almost creamy off-white head. The aroma was grainy with some hops mixed in. The flavor started out worty. There was an earthy and citrus hop finish with a light bitterness. Very light bodied and semi-dry. Dull mouthfeel with zero CO2 even for a cask. JoeMcPhee (3466), Jackson Heights, New York, USA Sep 22, 2007 Tap at Blind Tiger. Deep amber/ruby beer with a creamy white head. A bit of spicy/herbal hop flavour. Light buttery aroma. Bitterness is a bit catty but with a nice minerally component as well. Watery palate. Light earthiness. Meh... doesn’t really work for me.
