Jun 22, 2007 cask at market cross shippensburg: came off the tap with a firm cask head and an amber copperish color. aroma was like many cask beers I sampled in england, mild floral hops with a bit of stillage. flavor was pretty right on. very nice balance with increaseing bitterness towards the finish. quite enjoyable. lovely palate. an excellent pint a bitter
