750 ml. Hazy amber body. Fizzy, off-white head, diminishing. The aroma is slightly malty with notes of cookie, slightly hoppy with floral hints, and lightly yeasty with hints of basement and earthiness. Hint of alcohol. The flavor is lightly bitter, heavily sweet and lightly acidic. The finish is lightly bitter, moderately sweet and lightly acidic. Medium body, watery texture turning sticky, lively carbonation. I expected more complexity considering the brewer and the alcohol level. Too sweet. Anemic aroma. OK, but disappointing.

[ Trade by Jblauvs ]. Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity, orange, honey, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100416]

23-04-10: De couleur jaune, légèrement orangée et très trouble. Elle dégage des odeurs d’alcool et d’houblon avec des petites touches de caramel. Son odeur est beaucoup plus puissante que ce qu’elle offre en bouche. En saveur, la V12 offre des notes de pain sec, de poires, d’houblon et d’alcool. Légèrement décevante.

750ml corked and caged bottle. Hazy amber with a thick beige foamy head. Sugary dark fruit and caramel aroma with hints alcohol, citrus and bread dough. Very well rounded flavor of caramel malt, earthy Belgian yeast and very light bitter hops. Medium body with average carbonation and a light alcohol warming in the finish. This is a very nice beer, not too sweet not too dry, very well balanced.

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan US Tasting, April 2010. Thanks a lot. Pours unclear dark orange with a small creamy white head and lacings. Mose is orange and yeast and a lot of buiscuit and vague honey. Full bodied. Flavor is is yeast, fruit, honey and orange. Well balanced and smooth. Nice
