Obviously my ultimate beer. heavily malty. Grain, toasted, nutty, caramel, mild coffee, wonderful flavor. heavily hoppy, perfumed, piney, resinous, grapefruit, lime signatures. doughy, spicy, yeast flavors. banana, apple, white wine, oak cask, allspice, alcohol, paper, and sulfur flavors throughout. Banana overall. Very carbonated. off white head with no longevity. clear yellow, amber, orange body. deep. lightly sweet, moderately acidic, heavily bitter, and quite sour. salty, acetic aftertaste. medium to full body, dry, creamy, fizzy and lively carbona, with astingent, alcoholic finish.
An absolutely fantastic amazing creation.
3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 kmeves (1098) - Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, USA - APR 16, 2008
Pours a clear dark copper body with a minimal white head. Aroma is sweet bubblegum, orange, caramel and some dough. Flavor is orange, bubblegum sweet, caramel, dough and fruity. Finishes very citric and long with a slight alcohol burn. Really the only time the alcohol is apparent. Full body, sticky texture. I could drink this one all the time.
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 docsteigs (334) - Texas, USA - APR 12, 2008
Pours cloudy but translucent red-orange-brown with swirly head. Smells of yeast, bread, sweet; tastes pleasant, slightly spicy with a cotton candy finish; malts well balanced and pleasant.

Draught: Sweet aroma. Smells of yeast, bubblegum, and malts. Poured amber in color with a medium-sized, dense, creamy, off-white head that lasted throughout. Lightly sparkling. Clear. No lacing. Medium sweet flavor. Tastes of alcohol, spices, malts, yeast, and pepper. Medium body. Smooth texture. Soft carbonation. Sweet finish. Very drinkable for 12%ABV, with only a bit of alcohol warming to it.

Have you ever read comments and wondered if you’ve just had the same beer??? That is undoubtedly the case here. Read the label twice just to be sure!!! Burnt nectarine with incredible carbonation and a head that begins big but settles to a stubborn 1/4 inch. Lacing, no. A solid coat down the glass...ABSOLUTELY!!! Grape, citrus, and candy-sweetness on the nose. This tastes of dusted sugar orange wedge gummies. There is a slight hint of alcohol in the flavor but it is most noticeable in the belly. Warming, heavy...good!!! Wish this was available in AZ!!!
2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 jrmac (320) - South Carolina, USA - APR 4, 2008
Beer poured with a reddish brown body, and an almost excessive head. Aromas of malt, hops, and citrus. Interesting palate of fruit, berries, hops, and alcohol. Hard to guess 12% ABV, but you can taste it a bit. Overall a good beer.

Courtesy of Fishinget. Pours copper-ish with a hint of haze and off white head. Nice perfumy aroma with flowers up to and orange juice and apricot underneath. The taste is rich and thick with sweet malts, sweet sugar, mild beats, coriander and some follow up alcohol heat. Lots of flavor that could use more age. But very tasty now.
