| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 28, 2009 Crushed with Jakebra. Lots of sweet, dark fruits in there. Incredibly full-bodied. Creamy. Some hop presence in the finish surprisingly. One excellent beer, but exhausting to drink. pineypower (1111), Pine Barrens, New Jersey, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 22, 2007 Pours out a nice darker brown color with a decent head. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Strange this BS did not have a lot of yeast in the aroma. Flavor was nice when it was cold. as it warmed, the alcohol became dominate. too dominate. This beer would be great at around 9% instead of 12, but i guess the name wouldnt be as cool. kenb (1101), Oregon, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 23, 2006 Updated: Feb 3, 2007750ml oz bottle via Hi Time. Pours an almost clear but slightly hazy orange/amber color with a MASSIVE head that hangs around for quite awhile, leaving a lot of lace on the Pilsner glass. Nice sweet herbal aroma with notes of ginger, bananna, and vanilla. Smells a bit like a saison? Taste starts out very sweet and ends sweet and spicey. The flavors are hard to desribe...sort of like an alcoholic bannanna/peach/wheat with a slight burn. In any case, i like it. Unique, complex, and good. 12%?? LOL, you would never know, and you might never know what hit you if you aren’t careful. Sickboy282 (1101), San Diego, California, USA
