COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
So simple in its creation, so magnificent in its maturity, this wonderful ale begins with Nature's most humble offerings, water, malted grains and hops. Our soulful yeast breathes life and depth into each brew. The steady hand of time orchestrates this alchemy into the splendid ale before you. Cheers!

Corked bomber in Boca Raton, Fl. Pours amber with thin head. Aroma of yeasts, apricots, peaches, malts. Taste was wild yeasts, heavy malts, bittering hops and sweet fruits. Bitter finish. Tastes less than 12%. Good Belgian.

Bottle. I bought this beer to share for a friend's birthday simply because the label calls it "liquid luxury." I took it as a joke, but this was an incredible experience. I popped this open right after sharing a Heady Topper, and one of my guests said that this was far better than HT. While I may not agree, I can definitely understand why.

Plum amber. White head. The aroma is like mottling fruitwood. The taste is what an old wooden church closet smells like that hasn’t been opened in 50 years. Its very smooth and easy to drink. Good desert beer if you hold your nose half the time.

Citrus aroma, with almost a cider scent. You can smell the alcohol sweetness, gorgeous dark orange to light brown color, the aftertaste is just a little bit bitter, sweet with a strong note of alcohol, the spices linger just long enough to tingle your palate. The ABV is the only issue. For me I love the 12% but its so strong it really over powers any food you try eating this with, it’s sure a drink alone beer. This one is for serious drinkers only, complex, high ABV, one of my favorites but not for the faint of heart.

Pours reddish copper with very small white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of dark fruit, candy sugar, and alcohol. Taste is the same with brown sugar. Wow. Excellent brew.

Plenty of wild yeast aromatics. These are toned down in the flavor where, although still prominent, they allow the malts to come through too. Medium body with near perfect carbonation. High ABV is fairly well hidden; seems more like 8%. This seemed more like a farmhouse ale than a Belgian strong to me, although it is strong.

October 2012. Updating from backlog. 750 ml. bottle. Pours amber with a large white head. Aromas of dark fruit, raisins, brown sugar. Very complex and balanced. Goods stuff.

Pours a nice golden brown with a light head. Slight fruitiness on the nose. Comes into the mouth with a nice balance of sweet and bitterness. The swallow follows with that same balance which lingers with a pleasant aftertaste. Grows on you, nice Belgian.
