COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Three hop varieties have added tremendous zest to this Pale Ale. After a soft and full floral nose, those juicy hops saturate the middle of this amber ale with more flowery fullness. The malt body punctuates the lingering hop richness of this one-of-a-kind ale.

Amber pour. Big creamy off white head. Tons of lacing. Aroma of stone fruit, slight corn, and guava. Taste is a slight bit grassy with the aforementioned nose coming through in taste.

Draft pour into a nonig pint glass. Pours a clear copper with a white head of foam. The aroma is citrusy lemon. Taste has a near sweet tea like. A little herb. Medium body and medium carbonation. Nice.

Pour is a clear copper with a large white head. Aroma is some dank hops with a bit of onion and herbs. Flavor is very clean hop with some minor malts in the backround. Again I get a bit of onion but this finishes so clean and juicy with hops the onion is quickly forgotten. This is not a hop bomb by any means, it’s just a clean easy drinking pale ale.

Bottle at home while visiting Jacksonville. Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is caramel, light dank hops. Medium body, medium carbonation. Tanniny bitter tea stuff, pine, lemon, metal, grass, light marmalade on toast, light caramel... The bitter black tea-like taste leaves this to dry and bitter for me, and I like dry and bitter. A bit too astringent and harsh.

This is how I like my pale ales! Beer pours a honey amber color with a retained off white head. Nice big hoppy citrus aroma. Taste is quite bitter with more bitter in the finish. Hop heads rejoice! Drink fresh indeed.

Bottle. Amber with an inch of white head. Aroma is floral and spicy with some green wood, grapefruit, bread. Bittersweet, toasty, herbal and woody with a creeping oily resinous bitterness. The hops have an oozing quality that can come from wet hops rather than punchy intensity. Bitterness is very strong after a while. Pretty good.

Bottle says don’t store, drink now. Well, its too late fer that. Thick looken viscous amber colored ale. I don’t call many beers amber but this is. Yesserrie, big zesty hoppy kick in the jaw. From the first touch on my taste buds I know this is thickly and bitterly hopped, wew. Big nasty nellie greets me as the session continues. She want to run a roto tiller across my numbing tongue. Big strong chewing on green grapefruit rinds soaked in pine tar resin. Perhaps that’s where the amber color comes from - pine tree sap. Finish is like the aroma, industrialized volatile heavy machinery IPA. Its pretty funny tthat ratebeer lists this an in APA, HAHAHAH,ww wew.wewwww

Bottle, stamped enjoy by 3/10/15. Nice to see this in Boise and fresh! Pours a deep orange/copper color with a small beige head. Aroma is strong with floral and herbal notes, a little bit of citrus. The freshness is duly noted; floral and herbals, hint of tea. Nice malt base and lingering bitters. Very enjoyable.

Draft @ summits. Another older keg here. Hops are citrus and sweet tropical with lots of floral notes in the nose but a bit dulled out. Taste is a bit more fresh tasting with similar hop profile to the nose and a light body. Need fresh sample.
