4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This is how I like my pale ales! Beer pours a honey amber color with a retained off white head. Nice big hoppy citrus aroma. Taste is quite bitter with more bitter in the finish. Hop heads rejoice! Drink fresh indeed.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Amber with an inch of white head. Aroma is floral and spicy with some green wood, grapefruit, bread. Bittersweet, toasty, herbal and woody with a creeping oily resinous bitterness. The hops have an oozing quality that can come from wet hops rather than punchy intensity. Bitterness is very strong after a while. Pretty good.

1.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Bottle says donít store, drink now. Well, its too late fer that. Thick looken viscous amber colored ale. I donít call many beers amber but this is. Yesserrie, big zesty hoppy kick in the jaw. From the first touch on my taste buds I know this is thickly and bitterly hopped, wew. Big nasty nellie greets me as the session continues. She want to run a roto tiller across my numbing tongue. Big strong chewing on green grapefruit rinds soaked in pine tar resin. Perhaps thatís where the amber color comes from - pine tree sap. Finish is like the aroma, industrialized volatile heavy machinery IPA. Its pretty funny tthat ratebeer lists this an in APA, HAHAHAH,ww wew.wewwww

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, stamped enjoy by 3/10/15. Nice to see this in Boise and fresh! Pours a deep orange/copper color with a small beige head. Aroma is strong with floral and herbal notes, a little bit of citrus. The freshness is duly noted; floral and herbals, hint of tea. Nice malt base and lingering bitters. Very enjoyable.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft @ summits. Another older keg here. Hops are citrus and sweet tropical with lots of floral notes in the nose but a bit dulled out. Taste is a bit more fresh tasting with similar hop profile to the nose and a light body. Need fresh sample.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle. This is why people get excited when they talk about a beer made with fresh hops. Strong hop flavor with a jolt of grapefruit, a bit sour. Nice medium bitterness. Very nice ale!

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours clear pale amber with one fingers of off white head diminishing gradually to a thin skim, patchy lacing. (3/5) Nose is pine, citrus, black tea, floral notes, mild caramel malt. (8/10) Taste is mild sweet, moderate to strong bitterness. (7/10) Medium body, moderate carbonation, astringent bitter finish. (4/5)
A fairly aggressive APA, with a distinctly astringent bitter finish. Lots of flavour, though. If you drink them continuously, thatís not a problem, though! (14/20)

355mL bottle. Pours a deep copper with a small white head. An amazing fresh hop aroma, lots of grapefruit, passion fruit, floral notes. So much flavour to this beer, a big resinous grapefruit, caramel, mango, pine.
