Commercial Description:
A swirling dynamo of flavor, with a steady calm of satisfaction at its heart, that's Whirlwind Witbier. Offering a tamed tempest of flavors both spicy and sublime, this softly fermented ale greets the nose and tingles the tongue. Imported Belgian yeast charges Whirlwind with an energy all its own. It is a refreshing interpretation of the classic, Belgian 'white beer' style.

12oz bottle brought back from Andersons in Toledo by the in-laws (thanks). Hay, light malts and lemon in the aroma. Yellow pour. Citrus and spice in the wit taste. Crisp, sticky sweet, shortish, sweet grain finish.

Wow, Delaware County’s brewery is so far the best in the US--another excellent, excellent beer from them (just as good as Hoegaarden imho!

Bottle to pint glass. Average head with good lacing and lightly cloudy body; bright yellow color. Kind of a bread taste in the malt category, and light hops with an average strength flavor of yeasts. Light body and thing texture. Average carbonation. Pretty good as far as whitbier goes.

12 oz bottle. Pours golden in colour wiht small off-white head. Nicely balanced, aroma and flavour are slighlty sweet, with nice floral, citrusy hop finish. Highly carbonated. Great Witbier!

12 oz Bottle -- Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Coriander, citrus, and yeasty aromas. Light and refreshing, with a subdued sweetness. Thin on the mid-palate, and lacking any character in the back-end. The carbonation is very lively in this beer, throwing the yeast sediment around the glass.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a medium sized white head. Light banana and musky coriander, wheat, yeast. Just on the thin side of medium. Nice yeasty wheat with a little bit of esters. Finishes dry with a bit of yeast.
