Nov 4, 2005 Hazy golden wit with a creamy collapsing white head. light wheat, cloves and honey aroma. In mouth, watery bananas with notes of cloves, and herbs. Rather thin bodied, not creamy. Not bad but a bit restrained. The bottle is about a year old.

Oct 19, 2005 Poured an effervescent golden with a fizzy white head. Aroma of candy, sharp grass, touch of cloves. Taste is fairly bland cinnamon, banana, cloves... not as full as I would like. Average body.

Oct 5, 2005 Pale pale white, nice thick head. Very nice, slightly effervescent, slightly creamy on the tongue. Carries a lot of the distinctive witbeer characterists: banana, clove, etc.

Sep 8, 2005 Lemony yellow-gold. Fluffy creamy-white head. Smell is perfumey, soft banana, clove, coriander, citrus and melon. Taste is also perfumey and not so great. Same with the banana, clove, but not so great.

Aug 27, 2005 cloudy golden with White head that stays and provides creaminess on palate. some lace. Mild cherry flavour, tad sourness, some wheat taste. Watery mouthfeel. Was moderately fresh and refreshing, but only average in flavour. Pleasant but unexceptional
