| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 27, 2009 Another one of those beers that I have no idea how I haven’t rated. Well, it’s an excuse to go pick some more up. This is a totally solid wheat that I enjoy pretty much anytime I drink it. Probably still take the Hoe over this if it wasn’t local (to my hometown) so I’ll call it a draw. tarheels86 (823), Washington DC, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 23, 2009 330 mL. Pours a hazy light yellow with a one-finger white head that settles down quickly to nothing. Aroma of yeast, coriander, orange peel, cloves, bananas. Mouthfeel is very light and watery but the body is full of yeast notes along with white pepper and citrus. Clean, peppery finish. Light and refreshing albeit a bit a too light. sebletitje (2000), Tampa, Florida, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 20, 2009 Bottle. Pours clear gold with a fast-dissipating head. Aroma of wheat, grain, and lemon chiffon cake. Lots of wheat and citrus on the palate, with lingering fruity (lemon, tart orange) sweetness. This brew is remarkably flavorful, and the citrusy-yet-spicy character almost makes up for Whirlwind’s sub-par mouthfeel and appearance. PKPMarine (32), San Diego, California, USA
