ROGUE (387), Newark, Delaware, USA Jan 7, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours a cloudy golden yellowish orange color with a very thin head. Spicy aroma with hints of citrus, lemon zest and banana. Very smooth and crisp with spicy pepper, lemon zest, citrus peel and banana flavor. Slight malt presence as well. Aftertaste is a bit metallic and soapy though.

This wit beer pours a medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is citrus, coriander, wheat and some yeast. A medium bodied wit. The malts are wheaty, cereal and fruity. The hops are spicy and floral. Lot of citrus, orange peel and coriander flavors in this wit beer. Lots of little bubbles in the carbonation. Nice balance. Lots of citrus flavors in the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter with some citrus. noncaloric (247), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Nov 28, 2008 Faint clove aroma. Pours a clear hazy amber, not much head, chunky sediment. Flavor leads with clove, citrus, and coriander, moves towards whole wheat, finishes biscuity.
