Beautiful aroma. Pours a light brown with big head out of the bottle. Doesn’t quite taste like a sour but it is very good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours clear copper with low white head. Aroma of bretta, citrus, elderflower and gooseberries I think. Taste is hoppy and slightly sour but very balanced with light bitter-sour finish. Body is light and smooth with soft carbonation.

750 ml bottle to snifter (2014 vintage, shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; malty though. A semi-transparent amberish dark orange with ample foamy off-white head. Smells of malt and caramel first with some earthy brett and hops in the background. Tastes like it smells with a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Could be lighter and dryer, but solid nonetheless.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Enjoyed on tap at Emporium Arcade Bar in Chicago, IL while watching Bears vs Jets. Appearance is a dark ruby red with a nice white head that lightly laces to the glass. Aroma is very pronounced, nice hop profile, huge pine notes, wild yeast, pretty great. Taste is abrasive but delicious. Really enjoying this one.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: SEP 22, 2014 Aroma of malt, burnt toast, wheat, grain, caramel, hop. Possibly some citrus or fruit maybe apple? Flavor is on par with smell. There is a sour bite but hard to detect. The sweetness from the malts comes through. Mouthfeel is medium-full body. Sticky lace.

Frfom a 75 cl corked and caged bottle. Pours a clear copper with a thick and frothy off white head. Grassy nose. Flavors of tropical fruits, butterscotch and tart lemon. Tart, bitter finish.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle to glass. Maybe a bit old, as it was bottled in June. Pours mostly clear amber copper color with a light tan head. Aroma is faint, slight tart, heavy belgian yeast. Flavor is wild yeast, light caramel sweetness, earthy funk, hint of tartness. Funk wild yeast lingers in the palate. Not overly impressive.

2014 bottling. 3 months old. Pours a hazed amber with a large head. Bottle gushed just a bit as I opened it... I wouldn’t sit on this for very long or you are going to be losing a shit ton of beer upon opening it. Aromas of moderate funk, some toffee and floral notes. Taste is bretty funk with a touch of barnyard, pretty damn dry. Flavors of spicy brett, nocturnally produced guano, freshly picked dandelions. Pretty deep and complex. This is nowhere near an ipa, it’s a brett inoculated funky train that goes all the way to crazy city. Very well executed Brett beer. Love it.

Tap from Maltitude. Pours dark amber with frothy white head. Aroma of funk, apricot, and spicy and floral hops. Flavor is sweet and hoppy at first, followed by a tart and funky aftertaste that lingers on the tongue. Medium bodied. An interesting mix of IPA and sour. A different beer. I liked it.
