It’s hazy warm golden with a creamy head and the aroma has notes of malt, herbs and caramel. The flavor has a moderate sweetness and notes like the aroma plus some straw in the dry and slightly bitter finish.

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cereal, toasted. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, light fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111125]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours golden with a white head. Sweet maty nose. Medium body, very, very sweet malts and some flowery, dry hops in the finish. Straight and good. 251111

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and hay. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, hay, little grass, hops and a little bitter.

Bottle. A finger-thick off-white head sits on top of a clear, golden body. Mostly fruity nose with some grains. Lightly flowery and grassy. Rather weak. The flavor is equally boring, fruity and lightly bitter, but a bit too sweet. Medium body, dries up towards the end. A bit hard on the carbonation. Bitter and fruity finish with a little sweetness. Not bad in any way this one, but a bit too sweet and overall lacking pronounciation. 111125

Bottle @ Ulfborg Winter Tasting Part ?, (Late 2011). Pours clear dark golden with a small creamy head. Bready and grassy. Fresh. Decent hoppyness , sweet though.. Medium bodied.

Bottle: Clear, deep golden,mid-sized fluffy white head; bisquity nose with touch of caramalt and some distintive woody hops; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; lingering, solid woody and bisquity finish. Wonderful example of that style.....

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a dense foamy white head of medium size. Sweet and bready caramel-malty aroma with herbal and subtle fruity hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a smooth carbonation. Hearty cara-malty and bready taste with notes of biscuits; pretty lasting malt-accented sweet-bitter finish. Very nice and classical Märzen. 15.VIII.10

bottle, bought at the brewery. Golden yellow, large and creamy head. Flavoursof malt, hints of roasted malt and walnut. Slight smokiness present. Full-bodied, long and pleasant finish.
