From tap at Vielanker Brauhaus. Red-golden with a dense, creamy head. The aroma has notes of sweetness and malt. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, syrup and a light, grapefruit bitterness. While it lasts, the body is good, but the finish is short.

May 23, 2008 On tap at the fourth „Bier aus dem Norden“ brewery presentation in Hamburg.
Light sour smell, light malty and a little bit of dark chocolate. Big creamy off-white head which stays very long, the body is nearly black. The taste is relatively sour and a little bit malty, later on it gets a little bit more bitter. Light to medium body, a little bit creamy texture and lively carbonation.
