Pours very dark brown with a huge but fast-settling mid coarse cream-coloured head, faint aromas of coffee, plum, leather and bread. More coffee on the palate, quite dry and lightly roasty, a little hop bitterness and burnt caramel in the mid-body, then dry-bitter, roasty and slightly salty in the aftertaste.

Aroma is sourish with roasted notes and chocolate. Flavour is slightly sour with chocolate, coffee and hints of vanilla. Good.

Pours a dark brown, almost black colour with an off-white head. Aroma of toasted malts, rye bread and some spiciness. Flavour of roasted malts, nuts, some salty licorice and grassy hops. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and low carbonation. Finishes roasty, quite bitter and a bit salty. Good one.

Pours deep dark red color with small head. Aroma of dark berries, mild caramel malts, some toffee, some vanilla notes and grass. Flavor of malts, caramel, fruity notes, some honey hints. Quite nice.

Pours a black color with a brown head. Roasty and malty aroma. Smooth and light, but still full flavor with plenty of malty roastiness. Nice.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Dark reddish brown color. Sweet dark bread aroma with licorice. Sweet dark bread flavor with cola, licorice, dark fruits, dark sugar, chocolate and noticeable bitterness also. Medium body, quite soft palate. OK schwarz, soft yet roasty enough.
