CharlesDarwin (1412), State College, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 14, 2006 Thin yellow, lightly clouded pour, with a rim of white. Flavor a thoroughly savory spiced sugary water, with a tinge of orange. Noticeable coranider, leaning towards Grains of Paradise. Drinkable, but edging on watery. Floral herb notes dominate the finish. muzzlehatch (4424), Burlington, Vermont, USA Aug 23, 2006 5 oz draft sample at the brewpub, late July 2006. Watery yellow-gold with a small ring of head....very faint spicy nose offers bare wafts of orange, ginger and other cooking spices but you have to work to get it.....much better in the body, well-balanced sweet citric fruity/acidic qualities and sour wheat malt, with enough aromatic coriander and ginger to give it bite....at the end its a bit of an alcoholic 7UP with the strong citric character and heavy carbonation, and it could be fuller, but it was a decent summer refresher if nothing else.
