(bottle, bought at the brewery) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Mild-sweet malty, bready aroma, slightly toasty with a shy hoppy note. Moderately sweet flavoured, malt accented, nutty taste, medium to light bodied, lively carbonation; rather dry finish with a late arriving bitterness.

Bottle (bought at the brewery): Straw golden coloured, big, lacing, fluffy head, visible carbonation; sweet bitter flavour; sweet-malty and fruity nose with an illusion of aromatic hops. herbal-grassy and bitter sweet finish. Not bad, but an unusual Pils............

Fullgolden, slight and dense head, sweet flavor, fairly dangling and biassed, with a soapy finish, after all a accidental south-german pilstype, which chums up a bit during the test - 14.03.04
