Clear pale golden beer with a medium, quite short lasting head. Aromas of grassy, floral, spicy hops, grainy malt, nutts, some caramel, faint raisins. Taste is sweet to neutral, then a slowly lingering light bitter hopiness. Low carbonation, light body, slick mouthfeel, unfortunately a bit waterish. Crisp and thirst quenching.

Bottle. Clear yellow with a medium sized white head. Smells pretty good; herbal, hay, dry grass, light citrus. Flavour also has some herbs too, green plants, hay, dry flowers. Soft carbonation, mild sweetness with well balanced bitterness. Clean and crisp finish. Very soft and easy to drink, but I would not mind just a little bit more punch on the flavour.

Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin-Wedding. - Hellgelb, klar.

Bottle bought at Landbierparadies Nuremberg. Looks really good. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Hoppy background. Some grasy notes. Finish more spicy. Okay.

0,5 l bottle, thanx to TJ. Clear golden in the glass, very small short living head. Starts with a low bitterness, low grainy, little bit citrus, malt in the end. Missed the bitterness in the aftertaste from the reviews below. Changing receipe? An easy to drink Pilsner. Nothing really special.

0.5l bottle. Light yellow, thin white head. Aroma is malty and hayish. I do miss hopnotes. Taste starts sweet, bit metallic, full of malt in the end. Medium bodied

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Well, it’s not much to look at, but man what a clean, crisp pils! I could drink this all day long. It’s very much in the Bitburger sort of model...light and gently hopped, but the flavor balance is so snappy and pristine that it’s hard to resist chugging it. I wish Bitburger were still this clean, since at least I can get that in the states.
