Cask at Craft Beer Co. - Brixton, London. Pours rich brown with a creamy, beige head. Nose holds dry, toasty bread, subtle roast, light cocoa. Light to medium sweet flavor, plenty of rich brown bread, some sweet chocolate, very mellow roast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light dry finish, soft roast, some minerals, milk chocolate. A very tasty stout. Not too depthy but it gets the job done.

Cask conditioned handpump Mr Foleys Leeds 12/12/12. A black beer with a white head and lace. Lots of coffee, fruit and chocolate. Good hop levels. Smooth. More coffee than chocolate. Nice.

Cask, Salmon, Leicester. Dark brown with a cream, firm foam. Aromas are dark chocolate with weetabix and creamy oak barrel. Chilli with trace banana and lactose. Flavours are sweet chocolate and weetabix with cream and nutty notes. Vanilla with raisins and red berries. Some chilli spices on the finish. Pretty good.
