Apr 25, 2008 (Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of Skyview. Pours a clear, warm, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Aroma of honey and dry sherry. Medium-bodied, a little caramel and some exciting, exotic fruit notes. Not all that honeyish in the flavour though. Has a discreet underlying acidity. Interesting. 190408

Apr 20, 2008 Blind tasting at Papsoes place, another great session, thanks Henrik! Beer #7: Pours sligh cloudy orange with a fully diminished white head. Sweet fruity aroma, light and almost peachy. Flavour is sweet and with a light resembling honey note following, mead-like. Light spiced and almost dry woody note following.

May 3, 2008 Bottle. A amber beer with a off-white head. The aroma and taste is of mellon, plum and honey, sherry like. Medium body with a dry finish.
