3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml Bottle at a local Reykjavik Restaurant The beer poured a clear light amber with a small head that dissipated. There is a light bitterness with medium body and average carbonation. This is a seasonal beer which was introduced in January 2014.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Very boring beer to be honest. This british lager with its earthy tasting hops is just a prime example of why Viking ÷lger needs to step up.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
330ml Bottle (Kex Hostel, Reykjavik) - Copper in colour. Metallic and malty aroma. Raisins, earthy hops and caramel in the taste. Not as authentic as I was hoping it would be.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Golden with little head. Sour with a hint of dry malt in the aroma. Dry malt, hay, with bitter aftertaste. High in carbon. Not a good example

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
No head. Some lingering hops in the aroma, but nothing much, very stale aroma. Very carbonated, with a non-existent finish. You an tell itś a bitter/esb but this is extremely laid back

Flat head, bubbles go flat quickly in the glass. Bitter in the mouth and a long smooth aftertaste
