Our inaugural brew, Valhalla, is a braggot brewed in the style of a Belgian Pale Ale with the finest wildflower honey. The delicate malt profile, created by a blend of three certified organic malts, allows the flavor of the honey to round out the slight bitterness provided by Northern Brewer and Mt. Hood hops. Those with especially keen senses will detect a slight blueberry scent from our proprietary blueberry infusion. Enjoy.

The correct amount of sweetness. This Braggot is built out of a Belgian Pale Ale.

Poured from tap to glass. Light straw color with white head. Aroma of berries, honey, Belgian esters. Taste is nice with sweet initially and sharp following with a dry finish. Mouthfeel is nice with a light body and light carbonation. Overall this is a really nice refreshing brew with the essence of wild fruit.
