COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled, 410ml (that’s a new one on me!) from Grosik Euro Supermarket, Banbury. Gold with short white head. There was a definite fruity, wheat beer aroma on opening, this lead to a sweetish, mashy banana note with pear drop and lemon. Good depth to the flavour. A very decent Hefeweizen in my limited experience of these.

aroma is fruity and yeasty... in taste there are toffee and banana tones with citric shades... dry aftertaste...

Trübes gelbes Weizen mit wenig aber schönem Schaum. Geruch hefig, malzig süß. Geschmack hefig, bananig. Zum Abgang leicht trocken.

Very nice. Lithuanians are good at wheat beer and they brew it very soft and aromatic. I liked it from the beginning.

Drank as a draught. Good, refreshing, fruity but nothing special. Just your typical weizen.

Bottled 500ml Peta1 Hazy yellow color, small steady white head. Toffeish banana aroma. Diacetyl ... Medium-bodied. Flavor is grainy, some overriped banana and toffeish diacetyl. Quite awful hefeweizen.

Bottle. Cloudy golden beer with a very strong well formed white head. The aroma is yeasty, and the flavour is sweetly yeasty with a mildly citric twist. Overall a good but fairly average weiss style beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, from an ethnic food store in Scunthorpe. Hazy gold, thin but sustained white head and gentle condition.Gentle yeasty and bready nose with a touch of spiciness and a little citrus, quite fruity in the mouth with some yeast, a citrusy tang and a residual banana note, slight yeasty sweetness in the finish

From the archives + 27.08.13 This is not a hefeweizen as I see it. It is much more yeasty and rather sour. Medium bodied brew, that pours cloudy, pale glass with a minimal head. Had this on on many occasions, and prefer to have it last due to its yeast. Multicolored brew, and is really interesting on its own. Would suggest to serve it around 7-9degC.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white fluffy head. Aroma is toffee, wheat, some slight citrus and that’s about it. Flavour is toffee, grains, some fruits and mild sweet bready notes. Quite much diacetyl.
