2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Senka (117) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAY 11, 2013
41cl bottle. Burnt malt, dark caramel and faint dark chocolate in aroma. Aroma similar to Baltic porter. Dark cherry in color, pours clear with fast head. Rye, barley and caramel malt - mixed with a dash of coffee and some syrup. Rather light bodied, sticky and overall thin, watery brew. Close to flat carbonation after 2 minutes. Short, sweet caramel coffee finish. I hoped for more from this one. Tastes more like diluted porter to me. 6.5% is to much for such density, and you can feel alcohol in your nose and on your tongue.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 thirstyrabbit (719) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 27, 2012
410ml bottle; 5,8%. Dark copper body, minimal head. Aroma has dark malt and very light red wine. Caramelly taste with some cherry and red berries. Low hoppiness. Not dark roasty and hoppy like you would expect a Dunkel to be. If you came for that you’ll be disappointed. It’s more like a fruity Vienna.
