harrisoni (4915), Ashford, Kent, England Apr 26, 2008 Cask handpull at The Roscoe Head, Liverpool. Very deep chestnut colour with lasting beige head. Roasty toasty ESB with rather lovely fruit. Wow, now that is a really good ESB. One of the best ESB aromas I’ve smelt. The toasty malt and deep jammy fruit are stunning. Full in mouth. If it had a peppery hop finish, I wouldn’t leave the pub. Drying hop on finish. Lovely malts throughout.
