Cask gravity at the Watford Beer Festival 2014. Poured a clear, deep golden colour, with a rocky white head. Aroma of tinned fruit, straw and peaches. Pineapple flavour, with melon and biscuit. Finish was shortbread, dry grain and grassy hop.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer fest 2014. Clear golden coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is clean honey, honeysuckle, crisp lemon. Flavour is clean base malt, grain store light crisp citrus hop. Assertive but balance is good. Palate is medium with lowish carbonation. OK but a bit dull.

Gravity @ Galtres festival. Light quite hoppy absolutely sessionable beer. Didn't get much in the way of fruit. Would like to have a session on it and reassess but liked this one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask at Number 22, Darlington. Golden amber colour, stable white foam head leaving lots of lacing, and a slight malty floral aroma. Taste is sweetish caramel with a light hop bitterness and dry bitter finish. Light body and medium carbonation. Quite OK.

Cask at Malt and Hops. Looks nice. Deep gold with a white head. Nose is no place. Tastes of lihtly malted nothing. Forgettable.

On cask at Cloisters. A pale golden ale with a decent tight white head. Aroma of caramel and malt. Quite bitter. Nice balance between the malty flavour and fruity hops. Foamy mouthfeel and bitter linger. I like.

At the Square & Compass gastro pub, Fairstead, Essex. Clear gold beer, residual white head. Smooth semi dry palate. Low carbonation. Sweet and sour hops. Orange, peach and some grapefruit. Finishes semi dry and mildly bitter. Decent enough.

Straw coloured refreshing summery golden ale. Hoppy and floral but somewhat lacking in flavour, with citrus and wheaty elements to the fore. This beer is adequate, but does not stand out from the crowd.
