COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Despite it’s name, this is a serious brew unsuited to tawdry puns. It is a finely crafted, unfiltered wheat ale in the Belgian tradition. The colour of straw with a delicate white haze, Wit has crisp flavours accented with orange zest and coriander. A classic. So get into Wit

330ml bottle pours a hazy straw color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is grainy and grassy with some light orange zest and coriander. Taste is a grassy and light orange zesty bitterness with a light grainy malt sweetness with a bit of a spicy bite in the finish. A nicely done witbier that I recommend others to try.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white ring. Aroma of wheat and that’s about it. Taste is wheat with maybe some faint spices. Not really a wit at all.

Narnad (1346) - Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA - MAR 21, 2013
Pours a very clean, yellow color with a light, frothy whit head with a ton of carbonation. Aroma has a light orange with a hefty wheat and a light spicy hops. Flavor has a lot of wheat malt up front, just a hint of orange and some watered down coriander at the end that almost not detectable. Body is light, slightly dry with a modest carbonation bite. Overall an okay beer but nothing special.

From Growler. Nice frothy white head that laces the glass. Cloudy yellow pour. Spicy nose. Some dry grass aromas. Light and soft on the palate with flavors of straw and biscuits. Good Wit beer.
