This beer is made of water, barley and wheat malt, hops and beer yeast. It is extremely refreshing and tight, slightly bitterish, distinguished for almost tangible fruit after taste. Beer yeast is not separated in the process of brewing and gives beer matt whitish hue.

Ingrendients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, beer yeast.

GoufCustom (1615) - HONG KONG - SEP 1, 2016

330 ml bottle with screwed crown cap bought at Ameyokocho on Argyle Street, Mong Kok.

Cloudy hazy straw golden colour with no yeast sediments; Half finger head with soapy white foam which fades in 20 seconds; Very good sticky lacing and zero carbonation; Weak aroma of light malt, with fair wheat, light banana, wet paper, faint floral and light phenolic; Mid to light sweet taste of light malt, with light wheat, light tartness, very light banana, wet paper, light molasses, yeast, thin lemon very light bitter grassy hops; Close to light body. Very thin palate; Mouth Feel is ligth maltyness in a watery background. Weak wheaty tartness and a whisper of banana ester. A bit papery, no spice or cloves, just light yeast and thin lemon. Bland and boring!... Hoppiness is faint floral in nose. Thin lemon and faint grass in taste; Bitterness is very low-fi an abrupt, light astringent wheaty finish; Slightly dry after taste. Papery and very easy to mouth.

Comments: Either my bottle is leaky or it’s taste just poor – Weak wheaty aroma and taste which doesn’t bode well for weissbier, worse the yeast is just as weak with no distinglish fruity esters or spicyness. Nothing outstanding and underwhelming actually. Poor indeed!

Simple, even rough wheat, some orange, bananaish touch, weirdish yeast. Moderate to light sweetness, light bitterness. Could finish if I am thirsty.

Aroma of parfume, malts, some esters but apple like, intense butter and honey. In taste caramel, sweet malty body and strange parfume notes. Unpleasant. Not even close to German Weizens

Bottle 0.5l. Absolutely hazy light orange body, small white head. Aroma of apricot, strange yeast, candies, honey. Taste is sweet. Primary taste of yeast, then apricot, wheat, candies, wax, fermented fruits. Light to medium body, average carbonation.
I don’t like it, but acceptable, without off-flavours.

butelka 0,33.

This is one of my favorite beer in Lithuania. I would recommend to taste this beer for all foreign travelers.
