Šio alaus gamybai naudojamas vanduo, šviesusis miežių salyklas ir karamelinis miežių salyklas, apyniai ir alaus mielės. Be to, dedama natūrali kvapioji medžiaga, kurios komponentai yra apelsinų, anyžių, gvazdikėlių, kardamono, cinamono ir šalavijų aliejai bei ekstraktai. Karamelinis salyklas suteikia alui kiek salstelėjusį, “pilną“ skonį bei sodrią tamsią spalvą, o švelniai juntamas žolelių prieskonis suformuoja išskirtines šio alaus juslines savybes.

Bottled, from Snekutis, Vilnius. Almost clear nut brown, rich head. Minty nutmeg aroma. Sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Highly aromatic and carefully roasty. the minty herbs goes perfect with the light roasty malt. Low bitterness. A very interesting spice beer!

Piwo dość specyficzne, z dodatkami różnych przypraw oraz kilku odmian chmieli. Gożkie piwo i lekko kwaskowate, pikantne i ciemnawe, o kolorze herbaty. Polecane do dań mało doprawionych.

Fajna odmiana!

330ml bottle (Bambalyne, Vilnius)
Super sweet super-ripe bananaey spicy, minty and clovey, sweet aroma. Like a banana caramel desert with a splash of underberg over it. Super smooth palate, soft carbonation, really lush in the mouth. Retronasals full of overripe banana. That level of ripeness normaly makes me gag, but this is lovely. Rich redy brown, small tight beige head. Lovely mellow sweet palate, spices prominant, but not dominating, a sweet dark roast backs them up , some caramel too. Finish has a lovely gentle tingle of bitter hops, which are a little papery, but quite whole. Super drinkable - asks to be sessioned.

Medium beige head. Deep red body with light carbonation. Spicy herbal cardamom aroma with gingery raisiny notes. Slick soft mouthfeel is slightly hot. Light body. Dryish mealy gingery chocolatey aftertaste with papery notes. Very nice. Delicate, unusual, and highly drinkable. (0.33l bottle, Bamb Alyne, Vilnius.)

Draught as "Tradycynis Ciemny Ziolami" at Sherlock Holmes pub in Bialystok, smallish head, clear deep red color, spicey cake aroma with ginger, cinamon, nutmeg and a hint of anise, cakey malty aroma with some cinamon and nutmeg and some cola, quite sweet but with a light to medium bitterness. Nice and easy and quite drinkable in small portions.

Aroma is super fresh, quite herbal (bit of juniper? forest/tree bark, other spices including pepper). The taste though is mostly cola-ish and caramel, with too much sweetness. I wanted more spice. Fine, but not what I was hoping for, which was more assertiveness. Lovely aroma. Good conditioning.
