Arôme de malt, houblon citronné et ce côté vieux grains.
En bouche, mélange de style entre le traditionnel belge et un bon usage de houblon US donnant un bon côté tropical/herbacé. Palais est épais avec une amertume houblonnée qui persiste et laisse au fini un bon aspect citronné/agrumes.On approche l’IPA, un bel effort.

Clear medium orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, fruity, yeast, sweet fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121110]

Bottle, 75cl. Lots of microfloaties are suspended in this unclear orange colored beer. A dense, finger-thick off-white to light beige head sits on top. The aroma is fruity and quite sugary, with some orange notes and some maltyness. It’s quite carbonated, but not in an unpleasant way, full-bodied and quite dry, even though it tastes partly like white sugar. Pine cones and oranges too. A nice bitterness shows up towards the end. Overall, it’s a decent one, but it’s quite ordinary anyway. 121110

A little hazy orange/yellow colored beer, with a white head. The aroma of malt, fruits like orange and apricot, some hop and yeast. The taste is fruity, there is yeast with bitter notes and some spices. The aftertaste is sweet a little spicy and some bitter.

0.75 l bottle at Tuulensuu, Tampere. Deep golden color. Tart fruity aroma with tropical fruits, perfumed spiciness with some yeastiness. Sweetish fruity flavor with citrus, spicy yeastiness. I like the fruitiness but dislike the yeastiness.
