Clear amber with a thin white foamy head. The nose is a bit hard to detect but there’s a nice calm citrus hoppiness. The flavor is light and clean with a biscuity pale malt body and a clean and balanced/low bitterness with a little leafy tone. It’s a bit forgettable and light, perhaps made for the generic beer crowd without stooping to the pale lager level.

Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - AUG 1, 2012
On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR. Pours a hazed, orange-gold colored body with a finger-width, creamy and frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is on the lighter side with some medium sweet caramels, light floral citruses, and grain. Flavor is similar. Thin, medium sweet caramels and grain with a light floral citrus. Finishes pretty dry with a light, bland, papery and peppery bitterness. Medium length aftertaste following a thin body and a medium, slightly foamy carbonation. Overall, a pretty thin and boring pale ale. No off flavors or anything, just highly unremarkable.

On tap- Served a copper color with a small head and some lacing. Aroma of caramel sweetness, citrus with a bit of fruit in the background. Mild sweetness with a bit of citrus. Has a nice bitterness and a clean finish. Medium body, crisp and smooth with a nice texture. Nicely balanced. Enjoyable beer that hit the spot. Nice offering from a small local brewer.

Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 8/2/11

Aroma: This beer has a somewhat mild malty and hop aroma
Appearance: It pours into the glass a brownish-orange color
Flavor: This one has a not too sweet flavor with a decent bitterness in the later palate
Palate: It has a mid length palate with a medium carbonation, and a somewhat decent mouthfeel
Overall Impression: This is decent, but ultimately uninspired stuff. I wouldn’t really rush out for this one again. It isn’t near the top of the style or near the top of the couple of beers I have tried from this brewpub, so I can’t see me having another one on a future visit.

on tap at the brewery pours light amber with a thin white head. Aroma is all toast and nuts. Flavor is toasted malts and a strong peanut flavor with a crisp hop finish that is rather light.
