COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional India Pale Ale, light bodied, golden-amber in color with an intense hop aroma produced by dry-hopping during fermentation. A very tasty ale with little bitter aftertaste which makes it great on a hot day.

Ancient backlog. They claimed this was on cask. It clearly came from a tap and was clearly force-carbonated. Aroma of mint, pine, eucalyptus, toffee. Flavor of bittering hops on caramel malt with some lemon seeds (what?). Herbal finish. It was aite, despite the odd cask situation.

Tap at the brewpub. The smell is fruits, citrus, hops, pine, and caramel. The look is golden to orange in color with a beige foamy head. The taste is decent in bitterness, fruits, citrus, hops, pine, and caramel.

(Draught) Pours a clear deep amber body with a tall dense cream head. Aroma of pineapple, citrus, and light pine. Flavor has a fairly complex hop profile (mango, pineapple, grapefruit, grass, herbal) combined with caramel malt for a dry, bitter finish.

GABF Taster had to find a Arkansas rate somewhere. Pours out a cloudy copper topped with a sand head. Aroma of floral hops and rich malts. Taste more of the floral notes and sweet caramel malts.

GABF 2009, Copper colored pour, mild hop aroma & caramel malts, muted hoppiness & flavor which is sort of suprising considering how good the Rock Hopera was.

Growler. Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of earth, perfumy, spicy. Tastes of wildflowers, caramel and earthy with a sweet finish.
