bleeng (286), Spring near Beersel, Texas, USA Jun 25, 2008 On tap at the restaurant. Pint. Hazy, tan-brownish color with a full white head. A bit cold. Nose is subtle, not overpowering of hops. Taste comes off very bitter with a nice hop profile. Very drinkable with a full, thick mouth and lingering bitterness. Good middle of the road IPA. heemer77 (3669), Savannah, Missouri, USA Jun 8, 2008 Tap at the brewpub. The body was ruddy and rusty deep copper. The aroma was light grapefruit with some nuts. The taste was light grapefruit with some bitter burnt bread crust. Again, another pale ale with almost no hops. LilKem (1169), Marietta, Ohio, USA Jul 5, 2007 a decent IPA. much better than any IPA in little rock. some heavy piney hops with some honey, pine, lemon and orange peel with hints of vanilla and biscuit malt. the_federalist (198), Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA Apr 23, 2007 4-22-07 The only one I tried there at the pub, though I bought two growlers of the stout and the pale ale. Draught. Orange and hazy. Aroma is citrusy and pleasant. Flavor is slightly sweet with lots of citrusy hop goodness. Bracingly bitter on the back of the tongue. Sweetness never becomes cloying and it leads to a long, dry finish. Impressive.
