7 day old growler opened today. Hazy golden orangish pour with light carbonation. Aroma of bannanas and clove jump out at you. Very clovish flavor that hangs around and lingers. A medium bodied beer for the style. Decent palate and finish. Pretty good beer.

Tap at the brewpub. It was explained to me that this was a fruit wheat. The body was hazy dark gold. The aroma was caramel with some malt and dark berries. There was also a little bit of banana. The taste was decent banana peels with some light hints of peach and stone fruit.

first off, i disagree. i believe this is an american wheat. i asked the style at the brewpub and they told me american wheat. but beyond that, it had a great amount of banana, clove, and ginger. lots of yeast and citrus, lemon (though this is one american brewpub that does not offer to put a lemon in your beer thank goodness.)

On tap at the brew pub. no idea where that name comes from. I asked Bill, the brewer. it is not filtered and he uses a german strain of yeast. muddy gold color. appears unfilitered. banana and clove. Little Rock is a hefe drinker’s town, at least this summer...

(draught) pale yellow-gold with fading white head. Faint yeasty aroma with hints of spice. Flavor was predominately apricot, with hints of yeast and citrus.
