Where has the time gone? Celebrate Kristi’s 1st year as our brewster with a pint of this mighty, single-hopped beast of a brew. Loaded with 13 pounds of piney Simcoe hops, the 1:50 weighs in at 92 IBUs!! Coincidentally it is also the 50th batch of beer she has produced for V50. 1:50; time for a beer!

Serving: Draft at the brewpub. It pours a hazy amber color with a small white head. The nose is a powerful blast of piney herbaciousness with a slightly fruity backdrop. The flavors highlight the hops as you would expect, but there is a little caramel malt to balance with all that piney goodness. A little chewy on the tongue and full bodied too. Pretty solid beverage.
