Classic German wheat beer, characterized by it’s cloudy straw color and flavors of banana and clove. True to style, it is brewed with the finest German Pilsner malt and white wheat, spiced with Tettnang hops, and served unfiltered; clean and simple. Refreshing on a hot day and equally delightful on a cool evening! Prost!

Serving: Draft at the brewpub. It pours a cloudy yellow with a slight white head. The nose carries light banana and clove notes, true to it’s description. Crisp and clean on the tongue with notes of banana, clove, and wheat. Straightforward and true. Slightly oil in the finish. Not bad at all.
